- 01OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK | Now open every day, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can reach us by phone every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Massage appointments from 10:00 a.m. every day.
- 02Our therapists are professionals and work with the utmost respect for each individual. For privacy reasons, a sheet covers the guest at all times and only the area being massaged is uncovered. For optimal relaxation, we recommend no clothing, but the decision is yours to make.
- 03At Spa MIK, massage environment is a top priority. Installations are disinfected with Germix, which kills viruses and bacteria. The Germix disinfectant cleaner destroys 99.9% of germs. Useful on all non-porous surfaces, it only takes 5 seconds to disinfect and prevent all viruses and bacteria. Our cleaning and sanitation protocols have always exceeded public health requirements. Many hours are devoted to thorough cleaning of our installations. Enjoy your relaxation journey!
- 04You agree to abide by the following spa etiquette: True Relaxation • Cultivate silence, your ultimate ally through this journey and therefore, mandatory • Unplug, turn off all digital devices and fully enjoy our technology-free zone • Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised and accompanied.
- 05Spa MIK does have only one reserved free parking. However, street parking is free and available in 60 minutes on the street Sherbrooke. Paid parking is located nearby. Prefer to skip the car altogether? The spa is just a 5-minute walk from Vendome metro station and is easily accessible by bike or BIXI.
- 06No. Any guest showing cold or flu symptoms is asked to stay home. If you have a fever, cough, nausea, runny nose, vomiting, or diarrhea, our staff will deny entry to the spa. If you have an appointment for a massage and are showing any of these symptoms, the practitioner has the right to refuse to provide services.
- 07The minimum age required to enter the spa without supervision is 16. However, our spa welcomes guests aged 14 and 15 when supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Guests 14 and 15 years old may enjoy a massage when booked with a parent or legal guardian.
- 08Minor guests who do not meet the age requirements or cannot provide proper ID will unfortunately be unable to partake in spa services. We advise all guests to come prepared to ensure a smooth experience.
- 09No. Massage therapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. Therefore, for health and safety reasons, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly. Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly forbidden outside or inside the premises, including our entrance. We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear to be intoxicated.
- 10We provide tea, K-cup coffee and water on-site. Also, to complement your journey, it will be our pleasure to refer you to excellent restaurants in NDG and Westmount.
- 11The comfort and privacy of all our guests is important to us. No cameras will be tolerated on-site during opening hours.
- 12Massage therapy has its own benefits and limitations. While such treatments can be a helpful part of the recovery process, it is important to check with your doctor beforehand to be approved for these therapies.
- 13It is possible that a note from your health care provider will be required. Prior to receiving any type of massage, we ask all guests to complete and sign a health questionnaire as a means of certifying that you have declared any health conditions. Always consult your doctor for personalized medical advice.
- 14Our prenatal massage is perfectly adapted to the special needs of pregnancy, as it may help relieve tension, soothe heavy legs, and improve sleep. It is made available as early as the 13th week of pregnancy. When booking your appointment, please indicate how many weeks pregnant you are. You can enjoy an experience that is perfectly tailored to your well-being.
